Pagefolio has been helping North American business simplify their price list publishing since 1979.

Thirteen years in national sales and marketing positions in the office products industry convinced our founder that businesses needed a better way to produce and distribute price lists. To meet this need, he formed a new company, SIPS (Stationers Information Processing Services).

SIPS began as a provider of pricing systems to the office products industry.

Over the years our client base, and our name, changed. Now Pagefolio is a leader in the field of price list publishing. By focusing on the unique requirements of complex pricing documents, we’ve been able to develop specialized tools and techniques that reduce costs and add value.

Companies across North America rely on Pagefolio for a broad range of price list services. Many of these businesses have been with us from the start, a testament to our corporate goal of building long-term relationships with our clients.

Our distributed network houses the latest industry technology. That includes all the tools needed to develop, produce and distribute electronic price lists. Our clients can publish their price lists on CDs and DVDs, distribute them by e-mail and the Web, or through contract printers if hard copy is desired.

Price lists are highly sensitive documents. We’re acutely aware of how important it is to keep client data confidential.

We’re equally serious about protecting their data from loss. Our own Internet server with full high speed connectivity ensures fast and secure data transmission with our clients. We back up all data daily and store backup media off-premises, along with historical archives. Hardware protection includes redundancy planning, battery backup and full firewall protection.
